The demo lectures can be views in demo tab of each lectures.

Some faculties telegram channel will be provided or their phone numbers or email id. Any of the above option would be mentioned clearly in the product information of the lectures.

Under google drive option you will receive the link from the concerned faculty, and you have to download the lectures from there. If you stay in Aurangabad, you can download the lectures from our center also.

This facility is right now applicable in 20 kms around Aurangabad and for the faculties CA Sarthak Jain, CFA Archana Khetan and CA Sayali Limaye Success Mantra Test Series. The student can visit the center “Elite Coaching Academy” and the lectures will be pasted on their laptops.

Under this you will receive lectures in pen drive from the concerned faculties. However, if the lectures are recently recorded the time period to receive the lectures will depend on each faculty.

The views vary under each faculty. It depicts how many times a lecture can be seen by the student. Generally, student while watching lectures can tag the point and can directly view lecture from there also

Validity means the period the lectures will be activated to you. It varies under each faculty. The starting point of validity depends on the date when the lectures were activated

To view your lecture a serial key is sent to you in the mail which you have to enter before starting the lectures

A procedure is sent to you on mail by the concerned faculty. Generally, there is a write up or a video explaining how to install the lectures. If you require any help the concerned person email is given in contact us or you can also share your problem through WhatsApp on 9960568137.

If your laptop formats or any issues arises during the duration of the lectures faculties generally allow one-time extension. However, if your lectures validity period is over and you want to extend your lectures time particular fee is required to be paid and the lectures will be activated.

Once lectures are purchased no refund will be given. In the case of books if there are significant printing mistakes the book will be changed at no extra cost.

Google drive link will be shared with students in 1-2 working days. Center copy will be given in 1 working day. Pen drive will be delivered along with the books of lectures or standalone books bought from books tab in 6-8 working days depending on the lockdown situation.

The portal payment charges will be borne by the website

If you are from Aurangabad your test series will be conducted at Elite Coaching Academy Aurangabad center. If you are in any other city where CA Sayali Limaye’s Success mantra test series is not there you can give your exams from home also.

Laptop on rent is a facility provided by Elite Coaching Academy exclusive for Aurangabad and nearby students who can’t afford a laptop. A fixed rent will be taken on the laptop per day basis, payable for at least 30 days at a time. If the lectures are of lesser duration than 30 days, then they will be charged for that much amount. If their lectures are of more duration, then they will be reminded to pay the amount in each month in their dashboard. The student will have to watch the lectures at classes and 4 hrs. per lecture will be allotted to the student.

Free Study Material of ICAI and different faculties will be uploaded here, and no charges will be levied from the student

If any student who has purchased lectures from our website and wants to do validity extension (as given in Q. No. 11) they can apply from here. However, the same will be subject to faculties and their staff decision. The payment for them will be done online.

Once the lockdown opens and when cases goes down then the student can come and watch the lectures at classes. Under the tab as and when the classes open, the timetable will be declared in it.

No, such an option is not available however, student can convert virtual classes to video lectures after payment of the additional fee.

If any student wants to avail library facility at the center “Elite Coaching Academy” then the student will have to do registration on the portal and make the payment online for the same.
